I am usually an early riser, and some days, a night owl too. I find order in my day once some semblance of exercise has been performed. It can be as satisfying as a brisk walk. When I eat,I buy food with the thought of what "fuel,"it will supply my body. I stand 5' 11" and I weigh about 180 pounds. I think of myself as having a warm nature, I am charming and with a good since of humor. And, I am dependable and insightful.
